| The Latest From Jacob |
This is not a picture of Jacob, but I thought it was sweet. Jacob really enjoyed the books I sent him. I don't even remember what all I sent. Chrissy Quigley gave me a few Max Lucado books and I think I sent him 2 of those. The one he mentioned was "The Applause of Heaven." He's reading that one and is enjoying it.
I also sent him a book of how to make paper airplanes and some paper to go with it. The other thing I sent was these little... well, .. they're like pills. The size of maybe a big vitamin or something. What they are is little compressed sponges. Add water and they blow up into little farm animals. :D He said the guys got a kick out of them!
I'd encourage all of you to write him or send him stuff. No food, cuz it takes so long to get there.

BTW, I felt the same way on Tues. night. Kept waking up, thinking about how the country was going backwards. Love truly is the only house big enough.
