The purpose of my web log is to be a connection to my children, extended family and friends. However, all are welcome! Verse of the year: Philippians 4:12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.

Saturday, October 07, 2006 My Blog Site Title I listen to country music quite a bit. Some songs just have more impact than others. Another song that touched my heart was Martina McBride's "Love's the only house" ... big enough for all the pain in the world. I'm not perfect. You're not perfect. But if we can learn to find grace for one another and love each other though the difficulties, so much pain could be healed. The scary thing is to find someone that you can be honest with. No real problems are fixed by hiding them, denying them or lying about them. I need that for myself and I want to be that for others. Even as much as we would like to be that for one another, God is the one who makes love perfect, who makes it bear all things and hope all things. That's why I lean on God. I need love like that and I want to be able to provide love like that for my friends. That's why I named my site "Love's The Only House".
